Who we are
This website, easyenglishpdf.com, publishes free English learning material under the name Learn English With Vijidsu. If you have any question about this policy or about your data, write to contact@vijidsu.com and we will reply.
What we collect
If you sign up for the PDF packs
We collect the email address you type in, your first name if you choose to give it, and a record that you ticked the consent box, together with the date and time and the page you were on. We keep that record so we can show, if we are ever asked, that you agreed to receive our emails.
If you only read the lessons
We do not ask you for anything. Like almost every website, our host records ordinary technical information such as your approximate location, browser type and the pages you open. We use this only to understand which lessons people find useful.
What we never collect
We do not ask for your address, your phone number, your date of birth or any payment details. Nothing on this site is for sale.
How we use your email
- To send you the link to the free PDF lesson packs.
- To tell you when a new lesson or a new pack is published.
- Nothing else. We do not send advertising emails on behalf of other companies, and we do not sell, rent or trade your address.
Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Using it stops all future emails immediately.
Who else handles your data
We use a small number of outside services to run the site. They process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
| Service | What it does |
|---|---|
| Brevo | Stores our email list and sends the lessons |
| FormSubmit | Sends us a copy of each signup so we have a backup record |
| Google (Blogger, Drive) | Hosts the website and the PDF files |
| Adsterra | Supplies the advertising that keeps the site free |
| YouTube | Hosts our video lessons, which we link to |
Advertising and cookies
This site carries advertising supplied by Adsterra. Advertising partners may place cookies or similar technologies in your browser to choose which advertisements to show you and to measure whether they were seen. We do not control those cookies and we do not receive your personal details from advertisers.
Advertisements are clearly labelled. Any link on this site marked Sponsored or Ad leads to an advertiser, not to a lesson. Everything that is not labelled that way is our own free material.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The lessons will still work normally if you do.
Links to other websites
The site links out to Google Drive, YouTube and to advertisers. Once you follow a link, you are on someone else's website and their privacy policy applies, not ours. We are not responsible for the content or the practices of those sites.
How long we keep things
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Once you unsubscribe, we stop sending immediately; if you also want the record removed altogether, tell us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Stop the emails. Click unsubscribe at the bottom of any email.
- See what we hold. Ask us and we will tell you.
- Have it deleted. Ask us and we will remove your details.
- Correct it. If your name or address is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Write to contact@vijidsu.com for any of these. You do not have to give a reason.
Children
These lessons are written for adult learners and this site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect email addresses from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, write to us and we will remove the record.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will also be mentioned in an email to subscribers.
